Floor Nurse (RN/LPN) - Evening ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Shift: 245 PM - 11 PM, Every Other Weekend (EOW)The Floor Nurse (RN/LPN) will provide compassionate care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility with a total of 300 beds across multiple units. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Medication and treatment administration, including IV medication and TPN.Conduct assessments, charting, and incident reporting.Perform wound care, including measurement and monitoring.Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide patient support.Monitor vitals and administer oxygen therapy as needed.Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists.Current RN or LPN Licensure.BLS Certification.Prior experience with PCC is preferred; limited training will be provided.Experience in measuring wounds (but not staging).At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
