Senior Accountant - Hybrid FP&A & Strategic Analysis

What You’ll Do Own the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Drive corporate expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Deliver meaningful financial insights to senior leadership — not just numbers, but the story behind them Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of key business decisions Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders on planning and reporting initiatives Champion process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and close cycle speed Support budgeting and planning system maintenance and enhancements Ensure adherence to internal controls and GAAP standards What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background strongly preferred CPA license (or active candidate) highly valued Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate financial results clearly Experience with budgeting or FP&A tools is a plus Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship requirements.
