Client Relationship Consultant – A client‑facing role that engages customers via in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance, assess needs, and recommend appropriate product solutions. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up. Assess and address customers’ banking needs, gathering and processing account information. Educate clients on available deposit, loan, and digital products, and recommend solutions aligned with their goals. Open new consumer and business accounts, execute service requests, and submit credit applications. Provide consistent, optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions accurately. Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless service and operational excellence. Promote and demonstrate emerging self‑service digital products and services. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Typically four to five years of retail banking experience, or equivalent experience and training. National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Preferred Skills & Experience Proven ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach. Strong communication and engagement skills with clients. Comprehensive knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and retail products. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales campaigns and promotions. Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies. Digital‑first mindset, identifying true customer needs. Advanced proficiency in making recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively. Financial services industry experience preferred.
