Whether you’re in sales, engineering, construction/project management, field operations, corporate, or technology, you’ll play a role in delivering these solutions and helping clients improve facility performance.

The Pricing Specialist supports the Key Accounts sales team by collecting, analyzing, and delivering energy supply pricing across electricity, natural gas, and renewable products in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role ensures pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with contract terms so deals can move forward without delay. The position also works with suppliers and internal teams to execute contracts and support efficient deal completion.

• Pricing requests delivered within defined turnaround times (e.g., same-day or <24 hours) with 98%+ accuracy
• Supplier pricing compiled and validated with <2% error rate requiring rework
• Contracts executed with correct pricing, terms, and documentation on first pass 95%+ of the time
• Active deals progress without pricing-related delays, with all pricing milestones met on or before deadline
• Supplier pricing responses received within required timelines through consistent follow-up and coordination
• Sales requests supported within SLA with no missed handoffs or dropped requests
• Demonstrates reliability, responsiveness, and collaborative support across teams

• Collect and organize deal input from sales teams and local distribution companies for bid preparation
• Gather and analyze pricing from multiple energy suppliers
• Deliver executable pricing aligned to market conditions and client requirements
• Manage pricing timelines to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-moving commodity environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales teams and supplier network during the pricing process
• Negotiate pricing, products, and contract terms with suppliers based on client needs
• Create and validate supplier agreements to ensure accuracy and execution readiness
• Monitor market trends and apply insights into pricing strategy and recommendations
• Interface with end-user clients and partners to provide technical and market support as needed
• Provide structured feedback to suppliers on pricing performance, product competitiveness, and close rates

• 5+ years of experience in retail energy, oil & gas, or a related pricing or commodity-based environment
• Strong Excel and ability to analyze and validate data with accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience supporting pricing, trading, or energy procurement functions

• Work environment: Office-based or remote, fast-paced and deadline-driven
• Physical requirements: Prolonged sitting, computer-based work, frequent data analysis
• Schedule expectations: Standard business hours with occasional need for rapid turnaround based on market timing

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
