Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating excavators & bulldozers to perform various excavation tasks in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. The Excavator Operator will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and bull dozers
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work activities effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
Experience
- Proven experience operating excavators and bull dozers
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- A valid driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Grating experience preferred
- Ability to read blue prints preferred
