Michael Page is hiring in the property industry in Rochester.
Job Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Monitor and enforce safety compliance on-site.
- Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and adhere to project schedules.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have:
- Experience in managing multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project scheduling and budget management.
