Sesame is Hyde Park Village's go-to bagel shop — known for our fresh-baked bagels and house-crafted spreads you won't find anywhere else. Think Cookie Monster cream cheese loaded with Oreos, and jalapeño cream cheese made with flambéed jalapeños.

Sesame is looking for baristas who bring the energy every single shift. If you're reliable, love a fast-moving environment, and thrive when the rush hits we want you on our crew. Both full-time and part-time positions are open, with schedules built around your life.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and a solid bagel rec
• Craft drinks to order accurately, quickly, and with care
• Know the menu inside-out and answer questions about our menu items
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and health-code ready
• Accurately bag to-go orders and serve food with attention to detail

You’ll Be Great If

• You're reliable and show up energized

• You're a team player
• You have cafe or customer service experience
• You can work a variety of shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends

Good to Know

• High school diploma or GED required
• Some barista or cafe experience preferred
• Basic math skills (handling transactions)
• Comfortable on your feet for full shifts
