Are you passionate about coffee and creating memorable customer experiences? Gianco Hyde Park, located in the heart of Tampa, FL, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled barista to join our team. If you love the art of crafting the perfect cup and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll DoYour day will be filled with opportunities to delight our customers and showcase your coffee expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to perfection.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming team environment.
We’re seeking a barista with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role who is ready to bring their skills and enthusiasm to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
