What you’ll do:

As a Team Member, you’ll help create an exceptional guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly.

Food Preparation

• Prepare salads, wraps, soups, and beverage according to Salata standards .
• Keep ingredients stocked, fresh, and organized.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.

Guest Services

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service.
• Help guests customize orders and answer menu questions.
• Maintain a positive and efficient customer experience.

Restaurant Operations

• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.

Teamwork

• Work closely with leadership and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a respectful, dependable work environment.
• Support training and team success.

Who We’re Looking For

• Reliable and dependable individuals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability for flexible shifts including evenings and Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Cleaning driving record is a plus for delivery opportunities. (Driving opportunities are for those aged 21 and above)
