Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a direct hire opportunity in La Mesa, CA within the banking and consumer lending industry. Key Responsibilities Lead daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows, strong customer service, and compliance with banking and consumer lending policies. Manage, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales, service, productivity, and operational goals. Drive deposit growth, loan production, customer retention, and new business development within the local market. Monitor branch performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans to meet business objectives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, risk management standards, and audit expectations. Build and maintain relationships with customers, community partners, and local business contacts to support branch growth. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $75,000 to $110,000 per year.
