Python Backend Developer

To design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications, the full-time Python Backend Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop robust RESTful APIs, and optimize database architectures in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Design, write, and deploy highly scalable, testable, and efficient Python code Develop robust RESTful APIs and integrate them with gRPC or microservices architectures Architect and optimize database schemas (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure fast data retrieval and secure storage Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional backend development experience using Python Deep proficiency in modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django Strong practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (SQLAlchemy) Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and continuous integration pipelines Proven ability to independently triage and resolve high-impact production incidents
