Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist | Open to CF's! 

School districts around Katy, TX (Katy ISD, Waller ISD)

Compensation Range: $55-$60/hr, guaranteed pay for time worked. 

Role Overview

Join a supportive, student-centered private practice committed to helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This position provides speech-language services within a public-school setting, working collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations

• Developing and implementing IEP goals

• Providing direct therapy services in individual and group settings

• Completing documentation and progress reports

• Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration

• Supporting compliance with state and district regulations

• $55–$60 per hour,  Paid for scheduled school hours (time in – time out)

• Eligible for benefits, including Medical insurance & 401(k) retirement plan

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active state SLP license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
