Independent Agency-Life Sales Manager

Location : Remote/Field-Based Travel : Up to 50% travel, with travel expected to decrease to 25% in the future Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility based on business needs Compensation : $114,600–$133,700 annually plus an additional 12%+ Bonus depending on agency performance AAA is seeking an experienced Life Insurance professional to join our team as an Independent Agency-Life Sales Manager . This role serves as a strategic business partner to AAA-appointed Independent Agents, helping agencies expand their Life, Health, and Annuity business through consultative selling, staff development, referral generation, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with Agency Principals to identify opportunities within their books of business, strengthen Life Insurance production, develop sustainable sales pipelines, and position AAA as a preferred Life partner. What You’ll Do Build trusted relationships with Independent Agents and Agency Principals Coach and support agency staff to increase Life Insurance production Identify opportunities within agency books of business and develop growth strategies Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, networking, agency visits, events, and other channels Quote and support Life and Annuity business from opportunity through case management Consult on solutions involving Key Person Insurance, Buy-Sell Agreements, succession planning, and estate planning Manage agency referrals, sales activity, and pipelines through Salesforce Partner with agencies to achieve Life sales goals and strengthen long-term performance Provide product updates and training while ensuring business is written in accordance with compliance standards What We’re Looking For Active Life & Health Insurance licenses Minimum 2 years of successful Life Insurance sales experience with Independent Agency clients Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, or supporting Independent Agents Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products Proven prospecting, referral generation, and business development experience Ability to build credibility and influence Agency Principals and their teams Strong consultative selling, communication, organization, and territory-management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly Preferred LUTCF, ChFC, CFP, COU, FSCP, or other relevant professional designation Knowledge of AAA/ACG products and sales systems Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms ACG offers excellent and comprehensive benefits packages: Medical, dental and vision benefits 401k Match Paid parental leave and adoption assistance Paid Time Off (PTO), company paid holidays, CEO days, and floating holidays Paid volunteer day annually Tuition assistance program, professional certification reimbursement program and other professional development opportunities AAA Membership Discounts, perks, rewards, and much more This position is expected to remain posted through 11/1/2026; however, it may close at any time once a qualified candidate pool is identified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
