**No Prior Experience Required
Candidates must have reliable transportation and able to full-time work with overtime.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read programs and set-up CNC Turning Centers or CNC Milling Centers complete from start to finish.
- Design and make work holding fixtures for machining operations..
- Setup and optimize programs from other programmers with the goal of optimizing the manufacturing process to reduce cycle-time and setup time.
- Interpret and understand part drawing specifications, materials, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Develop manufacturing documentation (setup instructions, in-process measurement. instructions, and work-piece loading/unloading instructions).
- CAD/CAM experience on PartMaker (turning) or Mastercam (milling).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work the afternoon shift.
