Tennessee Health/Life Sales Representative

To support sales growth in Tennessee, the full-time Regional Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents while focusing on selling Dental, Vision, and Hearing employee benefit products in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from sale to issuance Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience State Health/Life License required (must be obtained within 6 months if not held at hire) Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry and its products Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter with excellent time management abilities
