Job Description Are you a go‑getter who thrives on freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income. What You’ll Do Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions. Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions. Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long‑term residuals. Work independently with full support and training. What You Get Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually. Residual income – get paid monthly on your active accounts. Flexible schedule – be your own boss. Sales training and mentorship provided. Activation bonuses paid weekly and residuals paid monthly. Presidents Club Incentive Trip and Annual Sales Conference. W2 status, health benefits, and 401K. You Are A natural communicator and closer. Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling. Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented. Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred). Compensation Commission‑only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. Health benefits and 401K match are included. Minimum 2 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred). Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
