Title: Real Estate Closer/Paralegal (Residential/Commercial)
Job Type: Full-time
Work type: Onsite 100%
Locations: Sandy Spring, GA & Alpharetta, GA
Position Overview: An AV-rated law firm in Atlanta, is seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Real Estate Closers with a minimum of 3 years of experience (preferred). This role offers an excellent opportunity to support our attorneys in all areas of our growing real estate closing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare loan documents for real estate closings
- Prepare and review settlement statements and closing disclosures
- Handle funding processes and title insurance policy preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure smooth and efficient closings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SoftPro Select software
- Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures
