What you’ll do: Provide daily administrative and clerical support to account teams Compile stats and metrics for periodic marketing comparisons Support Social Media efforts Answer client emails and calls Invoicing/billing Program information for job postings (& proofreading) Media/Marketing research We require: Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing or Communications Advertising office support or administrative experience Working knowledge of social media platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Computer literacy with MS Office, and math aptitude Salary: $45,000-$52,000.
