Join us at razorfish.com. Overview We are seeking a Group Creative Director to lead enterprise-level creative for a high-profile energy client. This leader will set the creative vision across teams and channels, ensuring the work is strategic, consistent, beautifully crafted, and aligned to business priorities. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Set and champion the creative vision across integrated campaigns, digital, social, content, video, experiential, newsroom, and brand communications. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team of approximately 12–15 people. Collaborate and manage up to Executive creative leads Partner with senior clients and internal stakeholders to present work, influence decisions, and resolve creative escalations with confidence. Oversee creative quality from concept through execution, ensuring strong storytelling, polished craft, and brand consistency. Collaborate with strategy, account, project management, production, and content teams to translate business priorities into creative solutions. Champion innovation, including thoughtful use of AI and emerging tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative output. Qualifications 12+ years of creative experience managing complex client accounts, enterprise brands, or large multidisciplinary teams. Strong integrated campaign background across digital, social, content, video, experiential, brand, and communications channels.
