NICU Level III Transition Nurse Program

South Shore Health System is offering a unique opportunity for RNs to transition from Level II to Level III NICU through structured education and training. This position involves a commitment of 36 hours per week with specific day and night shifts, until complete orientation. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in Level II or Level I B settings, possess a valid RN license and NRP certification, and a BSN is preferred.
