RN Transition Program to Level III NICU

NICU Transition Program Nurse
Unique, structured opportunity to transition from Level II to Level III NICU! This transition program involves didactic education, intensive bedside training, and preceptorship to close the knowledge gap between Level II and Level III NICU care. This structured program does not allow for flexibility, as nurses will move through the program as a cohort. Start Date: August 24. RNs will work 36 hours per week. The first 6 weeks are day shift. The final week is night shift. Once orientation is complete, RNs with work 36 hour per week, Day/Night rotation with every third weekend. This program is only open to candidates with a minimum of 2 years successful experience working in a Level 2 or Level IB setting. Must be NRP certified, and have experience attending live births. BSN preferred.
Compensation Pay Range: $38.20 - $77.39

Minimum Education - Preferred Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum Work Experience Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
Required Licenses/Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse
Depending on department Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, Emergency Response Training Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) Certification may be required
