This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Developer based in Canada.

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on designing and delivering scalable digital workflows within a large enterprise environment. The role sits at the heart of ongoing service transformation initiatives, leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to improve IT and business operations. You will contribute to building and enhancing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise modules while enabling automation at scale. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven features within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including intelligent workflows and virtual agents. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into reliable, high-performing solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern enterprise platforms, automation, and continuous digital innovation.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that drive enterprise efficiency and automation. You will work across multiple modules and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows across enterprise modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, and SecOps
• Building and maintaining integrations using APIs and supporting enterprise system connectivity
• Developing automation solutions and enhancing platform capabilities through scripting and workflow optimization
• Implementing and supporting AI-enabled features such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Supporting testing, deployment, and ongoing platform improvements within an Agile delivery environment

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings hands-on ServiceNow development experience and a strong understanding of enterprise platform architecture and automation. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on digital transformation. Key requirements include:

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and platform administration
• Solid experience with API integrations and enterprise application development
• Familiarity with AI and automation concepts such as Generative AI, machine learning, NLP, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation
• Experience working with or supporting tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Exposure to AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search) is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Must meet eligibility requirements for Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance (or have resided in Canada for at least 5 years)
