Role : ServiceNow Developer (Integrations)
Location: Dallas, TX Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server .
- Develop and customize Script Includes, Business Rules , and integration utilities.
- Configure Import Sets and Transform Maps for data ingestion and synchronization.
- Implement and manage authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and certificates.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and performance issues .
- Ensure integrations follow ServiceNow best practices , scalability, and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support for integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation and integration design artifacts.
