Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITSM, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflows, risk and compliance solutions, and IT service management processes. The role requires strong platform development skills, integration experience, and the ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITSM, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflows, risk and compliance solutions, and IT service management processes. The role requires strong platform development skills, integration experience, and the ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Custom application development on ServiceNow
- Deep expertise in:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Knowledge Management
- ITIL-aligned process implementation and optimization
- Experience with Service Catalog , SLAs , Escalations , and Notifications
- Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC , including:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Issue Management
- Audit Management
- Risk statements, controls, indicators, and remediation workflows
- Regulatory frameworks support (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR )
- Automated risk assessments and control testing
- Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM
- REST & SOAP integrations with external systems
- IntegrationHub and MID Server configuration
- Data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Experience with IRM integrations (RSA Archer, third-party GRC tools)
- Knowledge of SecOps and Vulnerability Response
- Exposure to ITOM modules
- Experience with Performance Analytics and dashboards
- Agile / SAFe experience
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM, IRM, and GRC solutions
- Implement and optimize risk, compliance, audit, and issue workflows
- Configure ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and version changes
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with compliance, security, audit, and IT stakeholders
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred
- ServiceNow IRM / GRC Implementation Specialist - Strong Plus
- ITIL Foundation - Plus
