Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least one year of hands-on experience in SLO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and manage Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO) for at least 1 year.
- Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
