Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM At Woodard, our Contents Cleaning Technicians play an important role in helping customers recover after fire, water, and other property damage. Working in our Contents Care Center, you'll clean, deodorize, inventory, pack, and organize customer belongings while supporting an efficient, well-organized operation. You’ll Succeed If: Enjoy detailed, hands-on work and take pride in accuracy Thrive in a structured environment where consistency matters Are dependable and show up ready to contribute every day Work well independently while also supporting your teammates Value safety, accountability, and doing what's right for customers and teammates What You’ll Do: Clean and deodorize customer contents using specialized equipment and techniques Carefully handle belongings to maintain quality and minimize damage throughout the restoration process Track contents through cleaning, storage, and inventory systems Assist with packing, vaulting, and organizing customer belongings Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate damages, non-restorable items, and project updates to team leaders and project managers Drive company vehicles and transport materials as needed Assist with training and onboarding new and temporary team members Provide backup support to the Team Lead as needed Why Woodard?
