You will partner directly with hiring managers across a high-speed, high-performing organization, running a full-cycle recruiting process from first conversation to signed offer. You will be trusted to move fast, use good judgment, and bring both technical rigor and genuine care to every candidate interaction. This is a meaningful role for someone who wants ownership over how a team hires, not just who it hires. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
