Job Overview

Must be proficient in non-invasive cardiology studies to include ECHO, EKG, stress testing, TEE studies. Able to perform M-mode, 2-D, color flow Doppler on cardiac neonates, pediatric and adult patients and all other duties as assigned within the cardiology department. General: Must develop interdepartmental relations and physician relations. Must possess excellent customer service skills and a "can do" attitude. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent. Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA Echocardiography Ultrasound school. 1 year experience in non-invasive cardiology echo, EKG, stress, required. Must have adult and pediatric echo experience. American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification, required. RCS / RCIS / RCDS, ARDMS licensure or equivalent. ARCS or CCI required. Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
