Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday: 5:45 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:15 AM

Location: Batavia, OH Job Summary Operate electromechanical equipment related to the assembly of electronic circuit boards in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Operate electromechanical equipment used in assembling electronic circuit boards.
- Set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawings.
- Communicate technical data, error reports, and machine malfunctions to Quality and machine support teams.
- Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of production equipment.
- Report any part shortages prior to and during production runs.
- Monitor assembly processes and coordinate with machine support to ensure defect targets are met.
- Demonstrate lead operator capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Background screening and drug screening
- Minimum of two years' experience operating electromechanical or CNC-type equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including prolonged sitting/standing and frequent bending and stretching.
- Familiarity with electronic pick-and-place machines, wave soldering, water wash systems, and similar equipment.
