As a Physical Therapist, you will be called to care when you’re needed most. As a member of our team, you’ll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and improved function to our clients.What we offer our Physical Therapists:Competitive payFlexible scheduling to support work/life balanceOne-on-one patient careAs a Physical Therapist, you will:Evaluate patients referred by a physician, focusing on diagnosis-specific assessments.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily time and mileage records, evaluations, and progress notes, in accordance with agency policies.Schedule patients for treatment as needed.Collaborate with other healthcare providers and disciplines to ensure cohesive patient care.Communicate with the physician and VNA staff regarding patient’s treatment progress and status.To qualify for a Physical Therapist position with us:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.Licensure: Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana.Experience: At least two years of experience required; geriatric or home health experience preferred.Additional Requirements:Valid driver’s license and automobile insuranceSuccessful completion of a criminal background check, post-offer physical exam, and drug screeningFlexibility to travel as neededExcited to hear more?
