Interventional Radiology Technician

Location: Portsmouth, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Description: The Interventional Radiology Technician will work in a specialized unit responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures and assisting in interventional radiology operations. The technician will be part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the IR suite.
Assist with interventional procedures including PICC line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, kyphoplasty, port placements, ablations, and more.
Ensure operational efficiency and patient safety during procedures.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current ARRT certification.
New Hampshire state licensure.
Prior experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab setting is essential.
Neuro experience is a plus.
