Overview Position: Registered Nurse - Pediatric Med Surg Location: Tarzana, CA Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem Employer features: 401(K), 403(B), community hospital, cross training, life insurance, medical coverage, sign-on bonus, PTO, retirement plan, union facility Responsibilities Work in close collaboration with other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans Assess, plan, and implement care for individual patients ages 0-18 Document all patient encounters accurately Educate young patients and their families about the patient\'s condition and care plan Promote wellness and recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs Qualifications ADN or higher degree in nursing Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license BLS certification 1+ years of experience in a pediatric setting preferred ACLS, PALS certification preferred Experience with pediatric medical equipment and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of healthcare professionals, children, and families Benefits Healthcare coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Paid Time Off Tuition Assistance Salary: $60,000 to $118,000 /year #J-18808-Ljbffr Incredible Health
