This role is out of Provo, Utah.*****Position Summary**The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This role supports payroll operations, maintains employee records, and serves as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.**Key Responsibilities*** Process **regular payroll cycles** (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly) accurately and on time* Maintain **employee payroll records**, including new hires, terminations, and changes* Calculate and process **wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions*** Ensure proper handling of **tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits deductions*** Reconcile payroll data and resolve **discrepancies or errors*** Prepare and distribute **pay statements and reports*** Support **payroll audits** and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations* Coordinate with **HR and Finance** on employee data, compensation changes, and reporting tools* Assist with quarter- end and **year-end processes**, including W-2s and other tax filings* Respond to employee inquiries regarding **pay, taxes, and deductions****Qualifications*** Associates degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or related field (or equivalent experience)* 2–5+ years of **payroll processing experience*** Knowledge of **payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements*** Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex, SAP)* Strong attention to detail and **accuracy*** **High level of** proficiency in **Excel and payroll reporting tools*** Strong organizational and **problem-solving skills*** Ability to handle **confidential information** with discretion**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration*** **Fundamental Payroll Certified (FPC )** or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation* Experience with **multi-state or global payroll*** Familiarity with **HRIS systems** and integrations**Key Competencies*** Attention to detail* Accountability and integrity* Time management and reliability* Customer service orientation## ## ## **Our Benefits & Perks:**You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
