ABOUT THE ROLE The Branded Merchandise Coordinator will assist with managing large, complex programs for top-tier clients — from custom product sourcing and creation to warehousing, fulfillment, and ordering portals. In this role, you’ll work closely with our most experienced Branded Merchandise expert to support sales initiatives through hands-on involvement in product sourcing, production coordination, and billing for both clients and vendors at our Upper Marlboro, MD, or Seattle, WA, location. RESPONSIBILITIES Assiststhe Branded Merchandise team in sourcing and managing product production through a third‑partypromotional products network. Communicateswith vendors and suppliers to obtain product availability, production schedules, order status and tracking, and invoicing details. AssiststheBranded Merchandise team in data entry for client and vendor billing and reconciliation. KeepsCRM and project management software updated with project and productiondetailsas updates are received. QUALIFICATIONS 1‑3 yearsofworking in an account or client support capacity isbeneficial butnotrequired. General understanding of the branded merchandise product environment. Exceptional communication (written and oral) andorganizationskills Familiarity with CRM and project management softwarea plus. Self‑motivated witha strong desireto grow in a career through learning from experts. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Flexibility to travel locally toassistinorder facilitation. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Technology, ora related field, preferred.
