Intelisys Inside Sales Representative

The Intelisys Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing Intelisys partners and supporting their success across Intelisys solutions and supplier offerings. This role serves as a primary point of coordination for partner engagement, account planning, opportunity support, supplier alignment, and sales execution. The position is focused on account management, partner retention, enablement, pipeline follow-through, and share-of-wallet growth.

Essential Job Duties

Partner & Account Management

• Serve as a trusted day-to-day resource for assigned Intelisys partners, helping them navigate Intelisys processes, resources, tools, and supplier programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner owners, sales leaders, account teams, and key decision-makers.
• Support partner account plans focused on retention, expansion, engagement, and consistent revenue performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase partner adoption of Intelisys offerings, programs, training, and enablement resources.
• Monitor partner activity, engagement, and pipeline health to help drive consistent follow-up and execution.

Sales Support & Opportunity Management

• Support partners and customers through the sales process by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, quoting needs, and next steps with internal teams.
• Help qualify and advance partner-generated opportunities, ensuring the appropriate Intelisys resources and supplier contacts are engaged.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and account information within CRM systems.
• Assist with pipeline reviews, forecast inputs, account updates, and reporting tied to assigned partners and opportunities.
• Conduct targeted outreach to existing or assigned partners to support account growth, renewals, enablement, and active opportunities.

Supplier & Solution Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers, solutions specialists, and internal sales teams to align partner and customer needs with appropriate technology solutions.
• Support quoting, proposal development, and solution positioning across Intelisys supplier offerings and applicable ScanSource business units.
• Maintain working knowledge of key suppliers, solution categories, competitive positioning, and market trends relevant to assigned accounts.
• Help partners understand available supplier programs, solution fit, sales motions, and engagement processes.

Partner Enablement & Collaboration

• Reinforce the value of Intelisys by supporting partner education, enablement sessions, program adoption, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, solutions specialists, product marketing, supplier teams, and other internal stakeholders to support partner success.
• Support live and virtual events, partner meetings, presentations, recorded sessions, and other enablement activities as needed.
• Represent Intelisys professionally in all partner, supplier, customer, and internal interactions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales, account management, inside sales, customer success, or business development experience.
• Previous experience in a busy customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, partner requests, opportunities, and priorities at the same time.
• Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Resilient, enthusiastic, accountable, and target-driven.
• Positive, energetic individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology distribution, SaaS, cloud, telecom, cybersecurity, or channel sales.
• Experience supporting partner-led sales models, account management motions, or multi-supplier solution environments.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to be physically in attendance at a designated company office location or work according to an approved hybrid schedule during normal business hours.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Reports to: Sr. Director, Channel Exchange

Compensation: Base Range : $55,000 + commissions earned
