Job Details Location: Jerry's Foods Edina Reports to: Online Shopper Lead Classification: Part Time Union Rate of Pay: Progressive scale from $15.00 - $18.00 / hour, based on experience Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours Work perks: Store Discount, Employee Assistance Programs, Flexible Schedule Responsibilities Make lasting connections with our customers Ensure customers get the best produce, meat and dairy products available Shop customers’ orders and deliver to their cars (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) Help maintain a clean and safe store Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled Preferred Qualities Friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team Knows about timelines, coordinating, and enjoys technology Motivated to grow their career and continue learning Physical & Equipment Requirements FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift Physical: lifting/carrying to 50lbs. Physical: pushing/pulling to 20 force lbs.
