• As a Digital Clerk, you'll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish.

Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience
Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
In short: you'll turn online orders into easy, reliable, "right-on-time" pickups.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
prior retail experience preferred
Past online ordering experience a plus
