Senior Manager, Project Finance & Investments (Power)

Pacifico Energy is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Project Finance and Investments to lead debt and equity structuring for gas-fired AI data-center developments and other power projects, onsite in Dallas. You will build and close non-recourse financings, run the lender process from outreach to closing, and translate milestones into bankable capital structures. You will oversee equity sizing, JV/co-investments, investor presentations, and maintain lender and investor relationships with #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacificopower
