Legal Deposition Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized Plaintiff Deposition Coordinator to support attorneys and paralegals with scheduling and managing plaintiff depositions. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, client-focused environment. REMOTE opportunity. Candidates MUST live in CALIFORNIA. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule plaintiff depositions with clients and defense counsel
• Draft deposition notices and related legal documents
• Maintain deposition calendars and complete data entry
• Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, travel, and general deposition questions
• Coordinate court reporters, interpreters, and videographers
• Process reimbursement requests and assist with tracking attorney summaries
• Support attorneys, paralegals, and team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior law office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Typing speed of 45–50 WPM preferred
