Partner Activations Contracting Coordinator

Our client is looking to hire a Partner Activations Contracting Coordinator in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. Pay Rate Range:, depending on experience.

Overview:

The Partner Experience team supports partner-led customer activations including workshops, adoption rollouts, and proofs-of-concept. As partner engagement volume continues to grow, this role will support operational coordination across engagement delivery, documentation collection, and payment processing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate partner activation workflows across multiple engagements
• Support contract management, payment tracking, contract review, and payment delivery processes
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and reporting across partner engagements
• Work with internal teams and external partner contacts to ensure documentation is collected and maintained accurately
• Support recurring operational reviews and follow-ups to drive engagements toward closure
• Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements, including use of AI tools and automation

Required Qualifications:

• Strong operations or program coordination background
• Experience with contracts administration, partner/vendor operations, sales operations, or procurement coordination
• Experience maintaining high-volume trackers and operational records with strong attention to detail
• Exposure to PO–invoice matching or accounts payable processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
• Experience working in fast-paced technology or similar environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools such as Ironclad, Zip, Salesforce, Slack, and Google Sheets
• Experience using AI tools or automating operational processes using AI
• Experience working with external partners and stakeholders
