Job Description
We are hiring a dependable Baler for a mattress manufacturing facility. This position supports production by moving, measuring, organizing, and supplying mattress materials throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Move and organize foam, fabric, springs, and other mattress materials.
- Supply production lines with the correct materials.
- Read lot tags, work orders, and production instructions accurately.
- Measure materials using basic measuring tools.
- Safely operate basic hand tools.
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Verify material types and quantities before production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience handling mattresses or furniture materials is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring tools.
- Ability to read lot tags and work orders.
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
