If you like hands-on work, clear processes, and seeing results at the end of a shift, this role is for you. You’ll help keep the line running smoothly and safely while supporting quality output.
What you’ll do- Run production machines according to established work instructions.
- Perform basic visual checks and note issues to maintain quality.
- Follow safety standards and keep your station organized.
- Record simple production data as requested.
- Dependable, detail-focused approach to work.
- Comfort operating equipment with proper training.
- Ability to follow procedures and communicate with teammates.
