Youth Development Specialist

Overview Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources. MHS offers a nurturing, diverse culture and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ lives while growing professionally. Responsibilities Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and guidance Facilitate small-group sessions and activities Collaborate with teachers and staff to align supports with student needs Help design and deliver development programs Promote positive behavior and a supportive learning environment Connect students with appropriate resources and referrals #J-18808-Ljbffr
