Customer Support Assistant
$20 per hourAmend Treatment
Job Description: Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support to individuals seeking mental health treatment at Amend Treatment.
Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information about services offered.
Coordinate communication between clients and the treatment team to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with the treatment team to provide holistic care and support to clients.
Essential Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathy and understanding towards individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Desired Experience:
Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
Knowledge or interest in mental health treatment and holistic wellness.
Experience working in a residential treatment center or similar environment is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $20 per hour
Maximum Salary: $25 per hour
Currency: USD
Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly
Maximum Experience: 2 years
