Overnight caregiver: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (12 hour shifts). Flexible scheduling available. We value team members who lead with kindness, communicate professionally, and take pride in making a meaningful difference.ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)Provide medication remindersPrepare meals and support mobility/transfersOffer companionship and emotional supportSupport daily activities and behaviors as neededPerform light housekeeping for a safe homeSkillsExperience with bedbound care and transfers preferredKnowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferredAbility to manage behaviors with patience and empathyMeal prep and dietary awarenessStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRequirementsCaregiving experience 1-3 years preferredValid driver's licenseReliable transportation and valid auto insuranceLocation requirement: Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO area. If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required. Work location: In person. Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
