Job Details Job Location: Albany-Academy RTF/NorthStar - Albany, NY 12208 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Travel Percentage: Up to 25% As Director of Crisis Services, you will develop, shape, and oversee the agency's six County Mobile Crisis Service and Crisis Residence Programs. The services are designed to support children, adolescents, adults, and families in crisis. The valued outcome of these services includes emergency room/inpatient hospital diversion when clinically appropriate, and linkage to community-based services for ongoing treatment. You will report to the Executive Program Director of Crisis Services and you will work on-site and travel to other work sites. Responsibilities Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary mobile crisis team which provides crisis intervention/hospital diversion to children, adolescents, adults and their families in crisis within the designated counties. Directly supervise clinical site supervisors for Mobile Crisis and Crisis Residences. Manage development of a multi-disciplinary residential crisis stabilization team which provides 24/7 crisis stabilization to children and adolescents who do not meet the criteria for hospitalization and need short-term stabilization. Execute collaborative working relationships relative to processing referrals, admissions, ongoing care, and discharges with Assistant Director of Crisis Residence and Executive Program Director. Coordinate care between service departments within Northern Rivers, and with community providers through maintaining working relationships. Ensure coverage of mobile crisis services for the counties assigned to include telephone triage. Ensure coverage of 5 bed 24/7 crisis stabilization unit in collaboration with Assistant Director of Crisis Residence and Executive Program Director. Provide administrative/clinical on‑call coverage for both mobile crisis services and crisis residence. Hire and ensure ongoing training of quality staff in collaboration with the Clinical Site Supervisors. Provide administrative supervision and consultation to all staff and in collaboration with the Clinical Site Supervisor.
