Full Time Hourly Troy, NY, US Salary Range: $22.02 To $23.15 Hourly We are seeking a committed and compassionate Assistant Program Director to support daily operations and staff oversight at our 12th Street location. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone experienced in mental health services, supervision, and residential program operations. Position may be eligible sign on bonus Responsibilities Supervise residential staff, including scheduling, approving timecards, and managing time‑off requests. Provide direct coaching and annual performance evaluations for overnight staff. Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure quality care, safety, and compliance. Provide transportation to participants to and from appointments. Oversee medication room, including inventory and storage protocols. Monitor maintenance needs; complete and track maintenance work orders. Ensure staff receive adequate training and ongoing support. Coordinate staff schedules in collaboration with the Program Director; arrange coverage with respite staff when needed. Follow agency policies and procedures as outlined in the Procedure Manual. Maintain and update the CR/TAS on‑call manager documentation. Participate in the on‑call rotation for crisis response. Carry a caseload as needed, supporting program needs and continuity of care. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment for staff and residents.
