About the Role

The role also involves leading change management, particularly in the context of modernizing the company's platform and operating model, and planning for the transition to direct employment in multiple countries. Applicants for the Head of People and Organizational Effectiveness role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in people, talent, HRBP, organizational effectiveness, or people operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building people systems, particularly in a high-growth, tech-enabled environment. Strong executive judgment, a strategic and hands-on approach, and the ability to operate with a business-first orientation are essential.
