The OneLenovo TruScale Channel S SE will be responsible for selling best-in-class consumption-based offerings (Client and Data Center) through the Lenovo Solution Provider community of partners. The OneLenovo TruScale Channel S SE will orchestrate partner needs and bring the very best partner experience tied to TruScale engagements.

This is a partner facing sales role; industry sales experience, the ability to identify consultative engagements, close net new business expertise is required. We are looking for a channel seller with a proven track record to take their career and our TruScale business to the next level. The candidate will be expected to attain sales revenue goals, drive TruScale awareness and education, and demonstrate the ability to take initiative and provide leadership in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new DaaS and IaaS sales opportunities within the Solution Provider partner base across multiple verticals within the U.S.
• Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals through the Channel
• Develop C level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant with these strategic Channel Partners at all levels.
• Understand and adapt to Lenovo's ongoing product and service developments and how to incorporate them into an "as a Service" model
• Be the Channel Subject Matter Expert on both DaaS and IaaS
• Effectively and consistently use Microsoft Dynamics to proactively manage pipeline

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
• At least 5 years of successful Client & Data Center technology service sales experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• In depth knowledge of "as a Service" models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Consumption-based sales experience in SaaS, DaaS, or IaaS.
• Understanding of Subscription/Lease financial solutions
• Experience with MS Dynamics
• Proven success in proactively building new business
• A strategic mindset and sound business acumen are required, along with effective decision-making, and partner management skills
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, and strong presentation skills
• Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
• Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism, entrepreneurialism, and agility
• Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a teaming attitude
• Ability to travel as needed
