High school graduation or GED equivalent2. Two years of recognized post high school education with at least two courses in psychology, sociology, or social workORSix months of patient care experience in a mental health setting or a residential treatment center for mentally ill or developmentally disabled or related area.ORCompletions of two semesters of clinical education as a nursing student in a recognized nursing education program.3.
